Ordering Guide

Ordering guide

Four stages. The second and third are where first orders go wrong, so they are worth reading twice.

1 — Register before you shop

Create the LitBuy account first. Accounts opened through a link on this site are registered as partner accounts from the beginning; a referral cannot be attached to an account that already exists. Verify the email and set up a payment method at the same time — doing it later, halfway through an order, is where people get stuck.

2 — Open the listing and read the cart

The button on each product page opens the same item inside LitBuy. Before adding it to the cart, confirm three things: the variant, the size, and the price. The reference price printed here is a snapshot in CNY taken on a specific date and is not a quote. If the seller has changed the listing, the cart is what tells you.

3 — Treat the warehouse photographs as the decision

LitBuy buys the item, and the seller ships it to their warehouse in China rather than to you. When it lands it is photographed, and the images appear in your account, usually within a day or two. That is the only inspection you will get, and it happens while the item is still in the country.

Compare the photographs against what the listing claimed. If the item does not match, request a return or an exchange there and then — the seller still has it and the return is a domestic one. Once it ships internationally, that option is gone.

4 — Consolidate before you ship

When everything has arrived and been approved, choose a shipping line and pay the postage. Postage is charged by weight, so the cost per item collapses as items are added to the same parcel. Build the parcel up over a few weeks rather than shipping each purchase the moment it lands — that habit is worth more than any discount code.

Budget lines take 15 to 30 days and cost least. Express lines run 7 to 12 days. Both are tracked, and neither is fast.
