Dead link or moved price
Send the page URL and the entry ID printed in the facts table on the product page. These come first, because a stale entry costs a reader more than a missing one.
An entry that should not be listed
Trademark owners who consider an entry out of place in this catalogue are asked to write in from an address on the brand's own domain; the entry is then examined and taken down if the request stands up.
What we cannot help with
Orders, payments, refunds, shipping times and parcel tracking are all handled by LitBuy. We have no access to your account and no way to intervene in an order — those questions have to go through their support.
